The last of the ring of buildings that forms the FeatherHill Texas residence area, the custom house was built in 2017 and designed to nestle itself among the oaks that were preserved during construction.

Just as all of the construction at FeatherHill was built with the idea of blending into the Texas hill country as unobtrusively as possible, the new house features high energy efficiency and modern climate control.

The Master Bedroom wing of the home features a curved wall which widens the hallway from the kitchen into the full bedroom. 

The open design of the kitchen lends itself well to hosting groups of various sizes – we all know that parties tend to congregate in the kitchen anyway!

The spacious living room features a wraparound leather couch with two recliners facing a large television and chalkboard wall available for tenants to create their own art.

Blending the living room, dining room and kitchen into one large open space allows for the addition of extra windows and more natural light.

The curved walls of the hallway from the kitchen open into a custom-designed bedroom with a sliding glass door facing the butterfly garden and featuring its own deck.

A sliding glass door opens from the bedroom to a small private deck. An extremely comfortable chair-and-a-half anchors the corner of the bedroom.

The concrete shower features two separate shower heads each with its own control.There is a rain shower head in the ceiling and a standard angled headhunted on the wall.
